Giro d' Italia! I live in Italy. P.S. No one says Giro della or di Francia! They say Tour di Francia to talk about the French one.

If ur asking about " Tour de France" in Italian then it is: Giro della Francia
but is u mean touring Italy in Italian then it’ll be: Giro della Italia
