This video is a summary of stage 19 of the Tour de France 2003. This last time trial made the decision whether Armstrong or Ullrich would win the Tour. Due to the bad weather, Ullrich crashed but didn’t lose the Tour because of that.

After 12,5 kilometers they were equal. At 32,5 kilometers, Ullrich was 2 seconds faster.
But if you are able to win 2 seconds in 33 kilometers, how will you win still over 60 seconds in 15 kilometers?

I think Jan had won the TT by 10-15 seconds, and Lance keep the yersey at 45-50 seconds before Jan.
