Why do the girls at the World Cup and Tour de France awards look more classy than at US presentations?

See NASCAR for example. The girls at the World Cup and Tour de France look non whorey. At NASCAR they look like Hustler hookers. Why?
Foreign girls usually look better. thinner, makeup is better and they dress better, typically.
americans are fat.
